Abstract:
Physical education at the preschool level has been and remains a quite discussed issue among specialists in the field. Modern digital technologies have led to a sharp decline in the number of children exercising in one form or another, and this has led to a sharp decline in their level of development and fitness. As a result, many children suffer from several motor disorders, and one of the most common is the spinal disease (scoliosis), which is a pillar of the human body. There are currently several methodologies for prophylaxis of spinal deficiencies, but it has been shown that one of the most effective is the widespread use of the means of the physical education in various forms. In this regard, it is proposed to be use special complex of exercises at home under parental control. This should be practiced systematically every 30-40 minutes daily to achieve the expected result.
