Abstract:
The article addresses the issue of teacher efficiency in general but also the effectiveness of teachers in early education, its key elements, the role of personal qualities, but also professional skills to increase the efficiency of teachers. Some key elements of teacher efficiency are proposed, by arguing the relationship: personal efficiency-professional efficiency.
